Your life’s meaning is very simple; it is the protection and nurturing of you’re your body that is the vessel of life.

The meaning of life depends on your conscious choice to choose life’s values that orient you not to just strive to have but to the desire to deserve to have.

“The meaning of life is whatever you ascribe it to be.” ― Joseph Campbell

Wondering what is meaning of life could be? The answer to the question varies with life itself. All is about an individual who can make their own life meaningful despite all the odds. It is the question of how to make your life meaningful.

What is Happiness

Happiness is a lifelong commitment to a life of meaningful purpose.

What is the meaning of life … The whole meaning of life revolves around this illusory notion of happiness. The quest for happiness is the entire premise of existence for the majority of people. It is why we are in the never-ending pursuit of it. It is why most are obsessed with it.

Yet this quest, more often than not, brings suffering of the nastiest kind. It primarily delivers tears and trouble. It is why we are angry with life, why we usually despise it.

Happiness as Substitute of Life’s Meaning

What is the meaning of life? We are constantly asking this question, only to never find an answer?

I believe it is because we are terrified to ask the actual question – What is the meaning of myself? We are scared, as the answer to this question is hidden in the darkest and scariest place of them all – The soul. And the entry to it is guarded by the terrible monster we call the ego.

To escape from the responsibility, to escape this dreadful ego, we are running away. It is why we invented the notion of happiness. We have created this illusory place where we run our whole life. No wonder we are always unhappy. It is like being hungry, and instead of filling our bellies with food, we tell stories to each other, meanwhile getting hungrier and hungrier.

We all innately desire happiness. We tirelessly search for it. Yet, the search for this elusive happiness delivers suffering, and they are mostly unnecessary. To justify things, we blame all and everything. We blame life, selves, and people. We even invented gods to curse them. We invented karma to drop all responsibilities onto its mighty shoulders. Yet nothing helps. Happiness is nowhere to be seen, yet sufferings are always around.

To obtain life’s happiness and not to suffer unnecessarily, we must break this loop. We must change our visions about life – we must face reality and understand what life is about. We must stop hiding behind our egos. We must take control of ourselves.

What is Meaning of Life

Happiness as the Motivator.

What is meaning of life? To answer this question, we must accept the fact that happiness (our strive for iy) is a lure to motivate us to commit to a life of meaning and purpose.

I believe that we are, as life, are Spirit’s reincarnation. And it needs you. It requires you to take care of yourself. To help you, it provides you with all that is necessary for a good life. And your creator also wishes you a lifetime of happiness. However, it also demands it. It requests that you commit to a life of meaning. And those who refuse or are unaware of it are “punished” by unnecessary suffering.

As Arthur Schopenhauer answered: “What is the meaning of life?” by stating that one’s life reflects one’s will and that the will (life) is an aimless, irrational, and painful drive.

That is what the pursuit of happiness is. It is a drive to commit commitment to a life of meaning. Where the real reward for this commitment is not happiness. The real prize is a life demarcated from the majority of Unnecessary Suffering that otherwise floods the lives of those who do not.

It is what this drive for happiness is. It is the need to fulfil the job of life most effectively and productively.

What is meaning of life … We are here in this realm for one reason – To obtain happiness and experience it. We are here to have a life filled with joy & inner peace. Be surrounded by love & beauty. Enjoy a life saturated with an abundance of health, meaningful relations, belonging and success.

What is Meaning of Life

What is meaning of life? I divide the meaning of life topic into two main parts.

First is the Metaphysical Meaning of Life. Where we define life as the reincarnation of Spirit as the “Need of God.”

Second is the Earthly Meaning of Life. Where life is defined as physical existence.

Part 1: Metaphysical Meaning of Life

I believe that the Spirit created life. Life created our bodies to carry the Spirit. Each body has a soul, a place, a home where the Spirit resides. And our role as individual entities within the soul is to be the soul’s caretakers. It is our job to be guardians of the Spirit. And protection of the Spirit that resides within our souls, within our bodies carrier, is our exclusive purpose.

So, the purpose of life for an individual is to be the custodian, protector and provider of the Spirit that resides within each soul. The purpose of life is to ensure that the Spirit within is never in suffering, always provided and cared for. And only in this life will you find true happiness.

Part 2: Earthly Meaning of Life

What is meaning of life? It is simple, to be happy, to strive for spiritual awakening have a meaningful life, and be the guardian of your soul, you must first take care of yourself and take care of your own life. And that is the Earthly Meaning Of Life

What does it mean to be a Soul Guardian?

See, we reside within a physical body that is bounded by biological, psychological and societal needs. To have a good life. Have a happy and meaningful life. To be effective guardians of our own souls, we need to take care of a few things first.

Firstly, the Spirit must be free from any oppression from within. And usually, when a person is unaware of her role as the guardian –  the ego takes over and starts to terrorize the Spirit. And it is a pain of the Spirit that tortures us. It is what this never-ending soul pain is. It is also why we run away and begin the search for happiness. Some of us find it in money, sex, hobbies, job, drugs or alcohol. But all of it just to mask the pain to numb it.

Secondly, the biological needs of the body must be addressed. It means the physical body must be healthy and pain-free.

Thirdly, there should not be any psychological or emotional discomforts either. For that, we must know what our innate psychological predispositions are. We must learn what our character is and what our personality type is.

Fourth, addressing societal demands must be up to par. Appropriate societal status is required to be achieved. We must become valuable members of society. Self-actualize effectively we must. Must succeed in terms of vocation, relationships and status.

Now we know that we are destined for a life of meaningful happiness and prosperity. We also know that we are obliged to take care of health, well-being and material things, as our body carries the Spirit. And the Spirit is needed for the body to exist, for you to exist.

We also learned that life will help you with everything; you only need the faith and the desire to commit to a life of meaningful purpose.

How to Have a Good Life

Many, if not most of us, suffer, our souls filled with anger, fear, envy, hate, and darkness.

True happiness, love, joy, belonging, and prosperity are rare in our lives, while the rule of suffering dominates … The tyranny of roaring hell is controlling us unchecked and unchallenged … This atrocity exists mainly because we do not understand and not devoting ourselves to the Life of Personal Purpose – for that, we suffer much, yet mostly needlessly and unnecessarily.

We continuously seek happiness, only to constantly find suffering – We are lost, we are confused, and we are in the dark – In this bewildering existence, we relentlessly torture selves and others … All of it, only because we are unconscious of what we are, of why we are here; of what our purpose is.

Why do Unnecessary Sufferings suffocate us; Why do they stay between us and our happiness? The answer is profoundly simple; it is because we do not live according to meaning.

When searching for their own happiness, most people find Unnecessary Suffering instead because they search outside of the scope of life’s meaning and purpose. We must constantly remind ourselves that true happiness resides only within the confinement of meaningful and purposeful existence.

It is a case of this banal duality of existence: To be happy, one must be healthy, prosperous and have meaningful relations – And to have all of it, one must commit to a life of purpose. The problem here is that we know little about the meaning of life, thus having difficulties living a life of purpose. Instead, we find only sufferings when in ever frantic search of happiness. And this circle is the fate of the majority.

Unhappiness is always shadowing us as a direct outcome of not knowing our purpose, And acquired unhappiness translates into bad health, financial struggles, relationship difficulties, inability to find an occupation to which to commit with passion etc.

So, what is the solution, how to live a good life? What is meaning of life?

The definitive answer is … Understand life’s meaning and purpose. Know your life purpose … Genuinely commit to the life of purpose, and then find your happiness, you will.

It is why we desire happiness, and why we search for it – We all are destined for a life of meaning and purpose.

As for Friedrich Nietzsche, life is worth living only if there are goals inspiring one to live.2

To conclude, I will repeat the following:

What is meaning of life? To answer the questions, we must understand the following:

We are here to enjoy a life of happiness, to experience a life of joy & inner peace – A life surrounded by love & beauty – A life saturated with an abundance of health, success, meaningful relations and belonging. And it is also the life of meaning, as long as you understand what the meaning of life is.
